Senvion has been active in the Japan market since 2003, and manages the provision of spare parts and technical support to 68 Senvion turbines with an installed capacity of 115.5 megawatts across 16 wind farms.
Senvion is very excited about the opportunities for wind energy in the Japanese market, and is looking to build on our existing footprint. Senvion’s initial focus is its MM and 3XM onshore technology but in the future, Senvion is interested in the potential for offshore wind farms in Japan.
To find out about our turbine technology and learn about our business strategy for Japan join us at the Tokyo Wind Expo 2016 at booth W17-14.
