How do I submit my application?
Please submit your application solely via our online job portal.
Use the “Apply Now”-Button on the chosen job offer, upload your CV and other documents you like to present us and submit your application. We are looking forward to receiving your application.
What is the maximum size of the documents?
You can either upload one document that includes all other documents (CV, cover letter, reference letters, etc.) or you upload each document separately. One document must not exceed the size of 15MB. Please do not upload any documents that are locked with a password.
What kind of format is possible to submit?
The following formats can be used: word (doc, docx), PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF. The PDF format is highly recommended.
What kind of documents should my application consist of?
Together with your cover letter we would like to receive your recent CV and reference letters with regards to your past experience and education. Furthermore please name your salary expectation as well as your notice period.
When do I get a feedback to my application?
The submission of your application will be confirmed by email. The next step will be the review of your application by the respective business department in cooperation with Human Resources. This step might take a few weeks as it will be done very thoroughly. Nevertheless we strive to give you a final feedback in a short span of time.
Can I apply for several jobs?
It is possible to apply for several jobs at the same time. Please feel free to upload your documents for positions you are interested in and where you meet the requirements.
Is it possible to send an unsolicited application?
Unfortunately we are not able to process any unsolicited applications at the moment. Therefore we kindly ask you to not send any unsolicited applications. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I know whether a position is still vacant?
The job offers are updated regularly. Therefore our Job Board only shows vacant positions.
Can I apply again after an unsuccessful application?
After an unsuccessful application for one position you are welcome to apply again for others jobs.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
Your application will only be seen by those employees who take part in the recruiting process. We take confidential handling of your application very seriously.
Do you reimburse the traveling expenses for an interview?
We reimburse your travel costs according to our Travel Guideline for Interviews. With our invitation to an interview we will send you detailed information regarding the reimbursement. When in doubt, we are happy to answer your questions.
Is it possible to speak directly to a Senvion employee?
