Our Welcome process gives us the opportunity to introduce our new employees to the different departments of Senvion and Siemens Gamesa – and vice versa. This way, you will soon become familiar with our company, its history and all your new colleagues.

On arrival at your department, individual training will be provided to introduce you to the contacts and processes that are necessary for your task. Depending on the functional requirements, you will be given specific training to prepare you for the job.

When it comes to our service products and technologies, we want everyone to know their way around. Thus, every new employee gets the chance to become familiar with our service products in at least a one-day basic training.
