Pay Roll and Administrative Management (m/f)

Job Description:
The main mission of the Payroll and Administrative Management is not only to insure accurate and timely salaries and payroll tax and record-keeping compliance, but also be in charge of all HR administrative processes.
He/She will manage a team.
The HR owner will be the main responsible for the all HR reporting for the Country and for the Group.
This function will report directly to HR Country Manager and will be based in Vagos at Ria Blades, S.A.

 

Profile:
- Safety and Environment Orientation;
- Communication;
- Results Orientation;
- Leadership and team player;
- SAP HR domain (mandatory);
- Scope of Portuguese labor law;
- Analytical data capacity.
- HR or Finance degree;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese language (oral and written), German will be a plus;
- knowledge of Microsoft Office;
