Payroll Specialist and Administrative Management (m/f)

 

Mission

The main mission of this function is to insure accurate and timely salaries and payroll, tax and record-keeping compliance of all entities of Senvion’s Group in Portugal. For that, this person also has to be strongly in charge of all HR administrative processes compliance and improvements, manage and develop the administrative team organization and competences.

He/She will be the main responsible for Portugal HR Reporting and HR Controlling. This function will report directly to HR Country Manager and will be based in Vagos at Ria Blades, S.A.

Technical Skills

ü  SAP HR domain (mandatory);

ü  Good knowledge of Portuguese labor law and its daily compliance;

ü  Able to clarify different inputs of information and use this data analysis to report in a structured way in order to present and implement business cases;

ü  HR or Finance degree and/or relevant job experience;

ü  Fluent in English and Portuguese language (oral and written), German will be a plus;

ü  knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel;
